Selected Street Photos 1997-2004
Between 1997 and 2004, I shot over 15,000 images with a pair of range finder cameras, 35mm and 6x4.5mm, while living in Florence Italy.
Many years later, I now have scanned the negatives and begun the process of culling them into small sets of narrative work. As of yet, these have never been shown or published and were intended to be printed. My intent, at the time, was to capture as much of my observational experience from the hip as possible knowing it would take years of separation to remove the initial bias of shooting and deeply explore the content of the latent images.
